  • When are the admissions done?

    Admissions occur throughout the year.

  • What is the admission procedure?

    Walk-in: You can walk into PCCS any day between 8.30 AM - 6.30 PM; .You would be required to submit the application form, fees & all other required documents

    Online: The application form can be filled up and submitted online. You can take a print out after the form has been submitted online (optional).

    By Post: Students can also send the application form by post/courier along with the DD and required documents.

  • What are the documents that I need to submit?

    • Application form completely filled & signed
    • Six passport size photographs, one pasted & the other attached to the application form. Name and contact number should be written behind the photograph
    • Photocopy of Graduation/Diploma/Provisional Certificate/12th & 10th Std. Certificate duly attested by a Gazetted officer/ Notary Public/Head of Institution last attended or Head of Department of current workplace
    • Name Change Document, if applicable
    • For NRI/International students, a foreign address is mandatory with an address proof or photocopy of passport page showing visa of foreign country
    • Photo ID Proof such as Aadhar Card, Passport, Voter ID, Driver's License
  • Can a final year student enroll for the program?

    Students appearing for their final year may also apply. However, PCCS will process the admission as a provisional one; on receipt of the student's Degree or Provisional Certificate, the admission will be confirmed.

  • When are assignments to be taken?

    There is 1 assignment for 1 subject for which student has 3 attempts options. It is recommended that you attempt the assignments to check subject knowledge before appearing for the examinations. Assignments are mandatory to appear for the examinations.

  • When will the results be declared?

    The results will be declared after minimum 35 days from last exam date.

  • What happens if I do not appear in the Examinations?

    You are required to clear all the subjects of the program within the prescribed validity period, as mentioned in the Information brochure

  • When can I start the course and how long will it take?

    Open & Distance Learning (ODL) is completely flexible, offering anywhere/anytime learning opportunities. There are no extra charges or time limits. However, in your own interest you should finish the course within stipulated time.

  • How long will it take for course materials to reach me?

    Your study material will be dispatched via courier and take about 15-20 days, on average, to arrive. You will also receive a Student Handbook, which will elaborate on post-enrollment procedures/requirements.

  • Is there a facility for educational loan?

    The student will need to contact banks which offer educational loans, to fulfill their requirements. All the necessary documentation for securing an education loan will be provided, upon request.

  • How do I make a payment?

    Fees can be paid either by cash or online by Debit/ Credit / Net Banking on MITSDE provided link only. Link will be generated by the career counseling team after the final approval from student

  • Are the programs offered at PCCS accepted by the Industry?

    PCCS offers various programs of leading Universities in India. These programs have a very high industry acceptance.In addition, PCCS is an education provider to a lot of Corporates in India.

  • Will I get academic support from PCCS?

    Yes. We will provide you with the study material. PCCS conducts Personal Contact Programs at various locations in India. The PCP's are conducted with an objective to provide students with an understanding of the core and specialization subjects and discuss the assessment standards of the institution. We strongly recommend students to attend the PCP's.
